Does ear wax removal hurt?

No, microsuction is virtually painless.  You'll feel a gentle sensation and hear a soft noise as the wax is removed.  Our trained and insured practitioners ensure you're comfortable throughout the procedure.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes!  Our ear wax removal practitioners are fully mobile.  We travel to Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell and many areas of Berkshire.

How much does ear wax removal cost?

A home visit costs just £75.  This is significantly less than many high street clinics, and you get the convenience of treatment in your own home.

Do I need to use ear drops beforehand?

If your ear wax is particularly hard, using olive oil drops for a few days beforehand can make the procedure quicker and easier.

How long will the procedure take?

A home visit typically lasts up to 40 minutes, with the actual microsuction procedure taking around 15 - 30 minutes depending on the amount of wax present.

Is microsuction safe?

Microsuction is considered the gold standard and safest method of removing ear wax.  Unlike syringing / irrigation, there's no water pressure that could damage your ear.  Our practitioners are fully trained and insured. 

How soon can I get an appointment?

We often have the same-day or next-day appointments available.  Most bookings are seen within 48 hours.
